Our Terms & Conditions for Donations provide general guidance and information on creating a legally binding document for donors and visitors to our donation site. It is important to note that this information does not constitute legal advice and should not be considered as recommendations for specific terms. We encourage you to seek legal counsel to ensure that your Terms & Conditions align with the unique requirements of your donation site.
We are not an official Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) but a Non-Profit Organisation and hence will not provide any receipt for donations. We are not liable to show proof or accounting for any of the funds that we receive as donations.
The use of any and all donations will be at the sole discretion of the Palkhi Yatra team and its directors. The funds will be used to prepare, serve, and cater food to the Warkaris through our team.
All donations are non-returnable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you understand and agree that the donations are non-refundable under any circumstances.
We have capped the maximum donation amount at 500 INR to ensure manageable contributions and to streamline the donation process.
